TGA were appointed by Essex Wildlife Trust to provide all quantity surveying services for a newly constructed timber framed, single storey visitor centre  with amazing views over the wetlands of the Ingrebourne Valley. The facilities includes a commercial kitchen and restaurant, education centre and all necessary ancillary spaces.
